CCL provides a one-stop logistics supermarket from parcels to pallets to containers. Customers benefit from a single point of contact for booking, tracking and billing while getting access to the services of a wide range of carriers.

CCL has grown steadily for over a decade and Kyria is responsible for maintaining business critical systems that are used 24x7.


The CCL system has grown over time to match the growth of CCL itself. In the beginning, there was a simple web-based back office system hosted internally on one server. To provide the scale, performance and resilience demanded by CCL, the system first moved to 3rd party data centres and now to a truly scalable Cloud platform.

The scope of the system has also increased to include a B2B portal, a B2C parcel site and numerous integrations with carriers and large customers. It has also been a constant process to keep the underlying Microsoft technologies current, and there is now a continuous integration, test and automated deployment process using modern software development practices.
