STARS

STARS, originally developed for Swagelok Scotland is now available for all Swagelok Distributors

STARS is a multi-user, web based system designed to streamline the management of competency assessments and training for internal Associates, along with external Customer training.

STARS supports the Pyramid Competency Model followed by Swagelok and reflects these in job descriptions across the organisation. This competency model underpins all aspects of the system from formal assessments to managing training plans. In addition, STARS supports all aspects of customer training, from booking Customer delegates on to scheduled course to managing invoices. STARS is available on-premise with single sign-on authentication within your network, or as a cloud based service, securely accessible from anywhere.
